An Idaho-based company has purchased the Signature Place building in northern Greensboro for $37 million, according to the real estate broker who handled the transaction.
Ted Gibbons, president of Investment Realty Advisors Inc. in Bellevue, Wash., said Meridian, Idaho,-based DBSI Group of Cos. bought the three-story building from Dallas-based JTL Capital. Gibbons, who also has a Florida office, handled negotiations for both parties.
Signature Place has 295,000-square-foot of rentable space, with around 95 percent of that space filled, he said. Signature Place was built in 1975; JTL remodeled the building in 1998.
Tenants at Signature Place include UBS, First Citizens Insurance, Novartis Animal Health and Tanger Factory Outlets.
